These are your tasks:

• Coordinating and arranging appointments as well as calendar management
• Control and preparation of regular meetings and thematic discussions including documentation and follow-up
• Preparation, creation, editing, procurement of thematic documents and presentations or statistics
• Independent processing, creation of processes and decision documents as well as final coordination with the supervisor and monitoring of measures
• Coordination of communication activities including creation of communication content
• Ensuring effective information flow within the department and interface management
• Regular monitoring of the project portfolio as well as integration and analysis of new projects from the division
• Support in the areas of project, service and knowledge management
• Travel planning, booking and preparations

What you can expect:

• Mobile working (within Germany) with individual presence days in Berlin (e.g. home office, remote/hybrid working)

Professional:

Education: Completed commercial vocational training/ business degree program

Experience: Initial work experience in a service-oriented professional field

IT skills: Good handling of MS Office and interest in IT systems desirable

Languages: Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English

Personal:

Individuality: quick perception, service orientation, good communication skills

Working style: Structured, careful, solution-oriented

Team spirit: Proactive, team player, hands-on mentality
