HR Payroll Admin - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

We are building a brand new, diverse international team committed to providing the highest level of service for employees throughout their Tesla journey!

With excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience by supporting employees with documentation, data management support and front-line expertise. As problem-solvers for lifecycle, systems and process issues, you will work closely with our HR Ops Team, Employee Advisors and HR Business Partners.

• First point of contact for our employees for all payroll related inquiries and concerns: Provide support onsite and also via our in-house E-ticketing tool
• Trouble-shoot employee issues, resulting in solutions or referrals to appropriate personnel
• Overseeing and processing of daily payroll mail
• Preparation of earnings statements
• HR Data management, maintenance and auditing
• Contact person for authorities and health insurance providers
• Ensure the output of daily work supports the work of other teams e.g. Payroll, Benefits, HRBP
• Ensure that the HR Intranet pages are up to date for our employees

• Experience and knowledge of HR services and/or customer-service or administration
• Patience, Empathy and Passion for helping people
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken (min. B2 level)
• First experience in payroll administration
• Basic knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment law guidelines and policies
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
• General computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
