• Develop the sales action plan in the region Northern Germany, Eastern Germany and North Rhine-Westphalia for both Key Account and Distributor sales channels.
• Proactively acquire new and develop existing customers through the entire sales pipeline by using cold calls, social networking and event networking.
• Negotiate Distribution and Key Account agreements.
• Ensure the right application of sales methods and tools available within the business unit.
• Plan and support in all relevant regional industry events and activities.
• Support clients through the entire customer journey, to ensure extremely high customer satisfaction.
• Generate collegial knowledge and advice other sales managers to enable the exchange of experiences and best practices.
• Develop a regular sales plan forecast for the respective region and quickly evole modifications and an action plan in response to any significant changes in actual sales results.

Know-how

• Proven experience in developing a sales area (preferably in the cleaning or robotics industry).
• Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the B2B environment, knowledge in the fields of autonomous devices and commercial cleaning.
• Expertise in winning, handling and managing expectations of customers.
• Strong communications, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in administration, sales and marketing areas.
