Human Experience Management
Data Management
Customer Experience
Analytics
Digital Supply Chain

This job is about driving successful business of the LoB offerings by:

Acting in close teamwork with the assigned global LoB CoE Heads for each LoB to ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and strategy and supporting these in country collaboration
Leading and driving with respective teams the overall strategic direction for the different LoB's Center of Excellence and deliver global services out of the CoEs
Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and business
Strengthening activities to identify opportunities for innovation, profit and growth
Driving the development of best practices standards and methodology that enhance the sustainability and quality of our services and products
Supervise an accountable management based on reporting and KPIs for strategic LoBs
Showing considerable leadership capabilities to act as a reliable coach supporting and leading people to growth

University degree - preferably in the field of Business Administration - or a comparable qualification or work experience
