Customer Care Agent in English (native) in Berlin bei Foundever

We are currently searching for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with English in Berlin!

The primary function of the role is to be the first point of contact and deliver a professional and high quality customer service.

YOUR TASKS:

• You advise our English speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
• Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience
• Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
• Working effectively as part of an international team
• Adhering to company principles and values at all times

• Fulltime employees receive:
• Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
• Performance bonus of up to €250 / month
• Various options for contracts – 30 to 40 hours a week
• 27 days holiday leave

YOU OFFER:

• Fluency in English (native level)
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM) – no weekends!
• Ability to work on owns initiative
• You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
• You are empathetic and socially competent
• You can work from our office in Berlin
