We are currently searching for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with English in Berlin!
The primary function of the role is to be the first point of contact and deliver a professional and high quality customer service.
YOUR TASKS:
- You advise our English speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
- Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience
- Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
- Working effectively as part of an international team
- Adhering to company principles and values at all times
WE OFFER:
- Fulltime employees receive:
- Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
- Performance bonus of up to €250 / month
- Various options for contracts – 30 to 40 hours a week
- 27 days holiday leave

YOU OFFER:
- Fluency in English (native level)
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM) – no weekends!
- Ability to work on owns initiative
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
- You can work from our office in Berlin
