YOUR TASKS

Processing of customer orders
Independent and demand-oriented disposition of merchandise taking into account short sell-by dates (FMCG)
Ensuring the ability to deliver to our customers
Handling of telephone and written customer and service provider inquiries
Creation of order/sales statistics
Close internal coordination with sales and production
Close coordination with logistics service providers
Complaint processing

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Completed commercial training or studies in the relevant field
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Experience in working with ERP systems as well as MS Office (especially Excel & Teams)
Understanding of complex logistical relationships
Independent way of working
Quick thinking, team spirit and enjoys dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
Good command of English
