Your role:

• Architecture definition and schematic design of RAM and ROM compilers to optimise the circuit in terms of
• Development of technologies for the manufacture of MEMS components at wafer level
• Planning and management of development projects based on X-FAB procedures and rules
• Development of new process steps in collaboration with the process engineering team
• Development of in-line and PCM test structures in collaboration with the relevant X-FAB teams (e.g. Process Characterisation)
• Collaboration with all X-FAB departments with the aim of successfully completing development projects and handing them over to the operations organisation
• Collaboration with external customers and partners
• Documentation of tests and results in accordance with X-FAB regulations

Your profile:

• University degree in physics, electrical engineering, information technology, semiconductor technology or a related subject
• Interest in the development of modern MEMS technologies
• Knowledge of silicon-based semiconductor technology
• You enjoy interacting with people and enjoy daily teamwork in a multicultural working environment.
• Good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)
