The Service Administrator is a proactive contributor and driver of personnel welfare on Site and ensures an efficient working environment.
The Site Administrator is an elementary part of the O&M Team and a key interconnect between the offshore and the office team. Location: Rügen.

Your main tasks:

• Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to Service Manager, Site Supervisor and Offshore Service Technician
• Carry out the turbine related administration duties related to the daily operations of the windfarm, including
• Customer meetings
• Submission of reports
• Data handling and documentation
• Planning activities
• Interfacing within Vestas on specific continuous improvement
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
• Coordinate training plan
• Liasing with local Suppliers as relevant e.g. cleaning company, security, waste management company
• Site related purchases
• Creating and maintaining Site handbook

Your qualification:

• Administrative experience
• Full Driving Licence
• IT Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint
• User of ERP system (SAP)
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (multi-site liaison required)
