Working Student Operational Material Management (m/f/d)
In this position you will have the opportunity to
gain initial practical experience in the medical technology environment in the field of operational management, which may help you in your future career development.
Your tasks
- Tracks order confirmation, monitors open order position, expedites if needed and keeps SAP updated
- Make adjustments in case of changes. Changes quantities within the framework of stock order levels and assignments by combining several orders for one supplier
- Resolves Purchase Order issues, including e.g. GR-IR mismatches, missing Invoices, Under Delivery, Over Delivery, etc
- Make adjustments in case of price changes on the PO level and communicates to the supplier
- Manage return orders to suppliers
- Executes operational procurement master data set-up and maintenance
To succeed this role, you should have:
- Current student of an engineering, natural science or business economic course of study
- Basic technical understanding in Operational Management
- Enthusiasm and initiative to become acquainted with technical issues
- Interested in process- and quality management
- You have excellent organizational skills and a great ability to work on own initiative
- motivated to learn and solve problems
- You are a teamplayer
- Excellent English & German skills (oral and written)

This is our compensation package
- Salary: depending on your professional experience and your current studies, your salary will be 16,26 €/h or 18.21 €/h
