Head of Support Functions IT (m/f/d)

Role Purpose:

We're seeking a forward-thinking Head of IT for our Support Functions. Your main mission is not just to ensure smooth IT operations but to chart a proactive path for technological evolution across our diverse business landscape.

Your tasks:

Oversee the security, stability, and optimization of our diverse IT systems supporting key business functions.
Advise and drive the technology strategy for Support Functions, becoming an invaluable partner on technology matters.
Implement substantial IT transformation projects, acting as an effective change leader and project manager.
Foster the delivery of cost-efficient, future-proof solutions to align with business requirements.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team responsible for IT operations across support functions.
Expertly manage relationships with external service providers to ensure alignment and value delivery.

Your skills:

Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in both operational management and team growth.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in managing external counterparties.
An agile, resilient leader with an in-depth understanding of digital technologies and data.
Strategic problem solver and visionary, adept at inspiring and driving change.
Experience in the energy industry or consulting is a plus.
Familiarity with various IT systems such as SAP ERP, VIM Opentext, Doxis / M-Files, Avalara, LongView, DocuSign, SAP EPM, Workday, and others.
