Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier List Management: Update and maintain our Approved Supplier List.

2. Purchase Order Management: Track and manage purchase orders efficiently.

3. Project Procurement: Oversee procurement activities for project sites.

4. Expense Management: Organize and submit project team expenses.

5. Document Management: Maintain project document registers and workflows.

6. Customer Interface: Update and manage Customer Interface documents.

7. Project Directories: Maintain project directories and communication plans.

8. Invoicing Support: Assist in handling monthly bills and invoices.

9. Meeting Coordination: Organize and document project meetings effectively.

10. Compliance: Ensure alignment with QMS and industry standards.

11. Event Coordination: Facilitate team social events and logistics.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in project coordination or related roles within the tech, data center or construction industry.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Fluency in English, and German is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and quality management systems is a plus.
