We are looking for an Office Manager (f/m/d) for our headquarters in Berlin. Are you a proactive and communicative team player interested in a varied field of work with new challenges every day? Then we look forward to receiving your application! The position is initially limited to one year.

Your Mission
As Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our external guests and staff when it comes to enquiries about our office. Your areas of responsibility will be very diverse:

• Reception and support of our national and international guests
• Support our teams in their day-to-day office work (orders, shipping, receiving visitors, etc.)
• Coordination, preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences
• Ensuring work safety and hygiene regulations in the office
• Support the implementation of our New Work concept in the office, creating optimal working conditions for our employees in a new working environment.
• Support the onboarding process fro new starters and the planning and implementation of events for our employees
• General office management tasks, such as answering telephone and e-mail enquiries, handling daily incoming and outgoing mail and procuring office supplies
• Continuous improvement and optimisation of processes that affect the workflows at our headquarters
