The consultancy Munich Airport International GmbH (MAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, provides management, consulting and training services for the aviation industry worldwide. With four subsidiaries and associated companies, MAI employs around 100 highly qualified experts and can look back on more than 125 successfully completed projects in over 45 countries. • Actively supporting the R&D Department at MAI in Product Development to develop concepts to MVP. This consists of Market Analysis activities, SWOT analyses and BVPC assessments for specific innovative products
• Benchmarking of innovation and development activities in the R&D department
• Assessment of potentially interesting topics through a structured risk assessment
• Scouting new developments in the aviation industry through our channels in the field of AAM, Sustainability, Digitalization and Automation in Airport Operations

• Studying in the disciplines (or alike) of Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering or International Studies, with affinity for aviation
• Assertive and active attitude with a can-do mentality and embraces a wide range of aviation and innovation topics
• Enjoys to work in a fast-paced and international environment
• Structured work ethic and eager to bring concepts to reality
• Willingness to learn about aviation and specifically airport related developments and innovations
• Good command of the English and German language, written and spoken
