Your responsibilities

• You support the daily operational procurement projects
• You keep track of procurement requests / activities
• You are responsible for meeting facilitation
• You are responsible for supplier due diligence result collection and analysis
• You are responsible for procurement documents follow up and tracking e.g. NDA and contracts
• You conduct spend analysis
• You conduct market researches in order to find and analyze potential vendors / suppliers for specific purchase requests from Business Units
• You are responsible for supplier performance and scorecard and supplier segmentation

What you bring along

• You are currently studying in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with major in Supply Chain Management or comparable
• You preferably have experience with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or data analysis
• You have knowledge of Procurement processes
• You have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks)
• You have a logical and structured thinking
• You have the ability to work under pressure and to solve the problems
• You are fluent in English; preferably also in German & Chinese; any other European language is a plus
