We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 with a strong focus on application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application onboarding, management, and automation within both OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) and ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift) environments. This role will require on-site presence every second week in Strasbourg until December 2024, with alternating weeks unassigned. The consultant must be available to start in July-August 2024.

Tasks

• Lead and contribute to application development projects using RH OpenShift Container Platform 4.
• Utilize Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for application deployment and management.
• Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD for continuous delivery and continuous deployment.
• Manage cluster and application lifecycle using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for application packaging and deployment.
• Onboard applications onto OCP and ARO platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide on-site support and consultancy in Strasbourg every second week until December 2024.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer with expertise in RH OpenShift Container Platform 4.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Proficient in using ArgoCD for GitOps.
• Skilled in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
• Extensive knowledge of Helm for application deployment.
• Experience in application onboarding on OCP and ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift).
