In your new role as a Regional Product Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, leading the regional market introduction plan and driving the growth of our Microcontroller and Power Management IC products in the xEV segment. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in product management, preferably in the automotive industry. Join our team and be at the forefront of innovation!
In your new role you will:
- Adapt and deploy regional market introduction plan and manage regional G2M activities for Microcontroller and Power Management IC products in the xEV segment
- Ensure design-wins together with Sales and business development activities on product level including commercial synchronization
- Deploy and adjust operative pricing guidelines/corridor on product level in the region and manage quoting for products outside of pricing office limits
- Provide input for the European market / competitor insights , value propositio n , business case creation , positioning, pricing and product roadma p for products from regional perspective
- Capture regional product requirements and support the development of new product ideas
- Develop a 5-year regional product plan and annually monitor financial performance to the plan
As Manager Regional Product Management, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you listen actively to the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly. Lastly, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Economics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Marketing or Sales understanding preferred
- Automotive background preferred
- Interest in g lobal and multicultural environment
- Flexibility to travel within Europe
- Fluent English skills
