About the Role:
As an Enterprise Growth Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Uber Eats' expansion with large restaurant partners in Germany. You will support the team and these brands to help them grow their business sustainably whilst delivering the best experience to our users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.
This role calls for a combination of relationship management, operational excellence and problem solving. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, work in a structured manner, thrive in a startup culture, and be willing to travel in Germany.

- Growth: Support Enterprise expansion by supporting the onboarding of new locations
- Relationship Management: Work with restaurants and brands to ensure everything is set up correctly in order for them to launch on our platform
- Build tools and processes: Use your analytical ability combined with operational insights to build tools and processes to support expansion
- Hands-on Support: Travel in Germany to new cities during launches to ensure everything is set up successfully
- Right out of college or with 1-2 years professional experience
- Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
- Detail oriented and accurate to ensure the best partner support
- Strong presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
- Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
- Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
- Problem solving skills: when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it
- Capable to run analysis and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights
- Extraordinary listening, communication and organisational skills
- Effective at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
