Job Description
Solutions Architects at Sprinklr are seasoned technologists with enterprise SaaS experience across a portfolio of business technologies that may include CCaaS, CRM, service, commerce and marketing automation. Highly intelligent and able to sell the value of a platform, Solutions Architects are also able to articulate how Sprinklr can integrate and enhance a customer’s existing software ecosystem to tell a more cohesive story about the customer journey.
A Sprinklr Solutions Architect should be someone who can quickly build trust and earn credibility by displaying her or his knowledge of technology and industry. Solution Architects should also excel at presenting these competencies to a variety of stakeholders, from IT to senior executives at the C-level.
She or he should be able to understand the nuances of how Sprinklr can connect with other systems,and be comfortable reviewing technical documentation to derive what is and isn’t possible. Whiteboarding customer journeys should be second nature. This role will primarily be working with our major accounts and/or strategic alliances partners to map Sprinklr to a broader ecosystem, not selling Sprinklr as a standalone tool.
Main Responsibilities:
- Function as primary technology & subject matter expert for the Major Accounts & Strategic Alliances teams.
- Supporting the complete pre-sales cycle from discovering customer requirements through to solutioning, presenting and scoping
- Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration, and maintenance of content specific to sales efforts & partnerships
- Participate in meetings with the sales teams & strategic alliances to demonstrate our social media products and services
- Engage in integration and API discussions centered around extending core offering into enterprise wide solution
- Running integration workshops with customers, prospects and partners, demonstrating actual capabilities and the art of the possible based on their requirements
- Assist sales & alliances teams in creating responses to RFI’s and RFP’s from major clients
- Working directly with the product team to influence roadmap based on customer requirements
- Coordinate and manage customer & partnership communications of detailed implementation, performance, analytics and other features of our software
- Frequent travel and participation in customer-facing meetings & industry events
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales engineering, pre-sales, sales consultant or solution architect role at a software company, ideally with direct experience positioning CRM, Service, Commerce, Marketing Automation tools
- Customer focused, ability to listen, gather requirements, build solutions and present them at both a technical and business value level
- Deep understanding of both the technical aspects of platform integration as well as the business acumen to tell a story about why it matters
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in German and English language
- Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members
- Experience in social media technology preferred but not required
