First point of contact for employees' major and minor concerns regarding the office and office organization

Welcoming and providing initial support for guests and visitors

Purchasing office supplies and catering

Responsibility for building management and communication with external service providers

Support and participation in projects of the Office Management team
(e.g. event planning, health measures, etc.)

Supporting our management team with administrative and operational tasks
