Office & Employee Experience Manager in Berlin bei Justplay GmbH

We are looking for a new Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our HR team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our office culture and ensuring a positive employee experience for JustPlayers based in Berlin and remote (8+ locations). If you are passionate about implementing employee engagement initiatives and having an impact on our team’s success, this is the perfect role for you!

• You will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities maintenance, supplies, and service providers. Additionally, you will take ownership of searching for a new office location, which reflects our company values and brand identity

• Together with the rest of the HR team, you support developing and implementing initiatives across our remote team to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

• You support establishing a state-of-the-art onboarding process for all new JustPlayers, independent from their location and ensure that new team members have everything they need for a smooth start

• You organize team-building activities (online and offline), coordinate birthday gifts and company anniversary celebrations

• You help the HR team in gathering and acting on feedback from our remote team to continuously improve the JustPlayers employee experience

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• You are fluent in English (in both speaking and writing). German language skills will be an asset

• You have a proven experience in Office Management, HR Assistant, employee engagement, or a similar role

• You excel when it comes to self-organization and handling different tasks

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can connect with team members

• You bring your creativity and enthusiasm for enhancing the employee experience across JustPlay

• You thrive in the startup environment and don’t shy away from taking responsibility and self-driven projects

• A competitive salary of up to 52.000€/year, depending on experience and qualifications
