• Support the HR team with various daily tasks
• Review our HR ticketing system and assign tickets to the responsible team members
• Serve as an internal point of contact for general employment inquiries, both in-person and through our HR ticketing system
• Independently create employment certificates and other documents
• Assist our employees with visa processes as needed
• Independently maintain data and profiles in our HR system Take on additional responsibilities based on your individual interests and abilities.

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a college or university studying business administration, economics, business psychology, or a comparable relevant field with a focus on human resources
• High level of commitment, (self-)initiative, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in the HR department
• You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others, but can also work independently when needed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with a strong understanding of customer service
• Good general IT skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory, further languages are a plus
• It is important for you to learn, grow, and develop in this role

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
