Your role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our dedicated and pan-European team. You will be responsible for planning, defining and executing our marketing strategy in global markets, playing a key role in our B2B customer acquisition. As an essential part of our commercial team, you’ll work together with sales and operations closely, actively shaping the future success of Nostos Genomics. This is a unique opportunity in an impactful, fast-growing start-up that comes with a lot of flexibility and ownership in terms of processes.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our customers across focus markets in Europe and the US, and the best channels to reach them.
Develop B2B marketing campaigns both online and offline and own their implementation from ideation to execution to measurement and optimisation.
Ideate, manage and drive the creation of content marketing initiatives and materials on various channels, such as social media and our blog, for demand generation and lead generation.
Practice data-driven marketing for growth, working with A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
Contribute to strategic decisions off the back of deep customer insights.
Work with agencies and freelancers to generate the highest quality campaigns and content
Build relationships with journalists and publications to generate organic media coverage.
Build a marketing toolkit that reflects our brand identity, and acts as custodian of that identity.
Support the commercial team in the organisation and promotion of conferences and trade shows.
Act as a sparring partner to other departments within the company
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a technology company and/or in the healthcare industry, and be a creative thinker who thrives on owning the process from start to finish.
Essential
A minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in similar roles
Excellent understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
An interest to learn and implement new marketing trends and insights, and not afraid to try new things
Have analytical skills as well as a creative mindset to drive customer insights and trends into brand concepts and campaigns
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills
