Pink Room is a collaboration between Michelin Starred chef Gal Ben Moshe and Bellboy's head chef Paris Katsampis (formerly 'Nobu'). This partnership is wonderfully complimented by our world-famous mixologists Marian Beke & Ariel Leizgold who have designed an extensive drink pairing menu.

Pink Room is about bringing together two distant culinary traditions: the rugged, unhinged "Baladi" approach of the Mediterranean, and the thoughtful, profound, and meaningful way of Japan.

We are currently looking for experienced Servers and waiting staff to join our team. Candidates must show exceptional skills in the hospitality industry. Professional experience in fine dining or Michelin Star environments would be beneficial in the strict interviewing process.

Successful applicant will be dually considered on the following criteria:

- Experience in working with high-quality ingredients and understanding of fine dining presentation

- Meticulous attention to deal in preparing the venue for service, food presentation and dish presentation

- Strong teamwork and communication skills to seamlessly work with other fast-paced elements of the team

- A strong ability to adapt to changing menus, guest preferences, and operational requirements.

- Understanding the importance of exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting.

- Efficiency in time management to handle high-pressure situations and to deliver dished on time.

- Continuous desire to learn and stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients

- Genuine enthusiasm for the restaurants brand, concept and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
