Account Manager, AB DE CPS Growth in München bei Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
- Demonstrated experience in positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Business fluency in German and English
- Contact high potential prospects and introduce them to the concept and benefits of Amazon business
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions
- Discover customer purchasing processes and pain points and identify potential for high complexity features
- Deliver accurate weekly reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption
- Work closely with sales team and sales leadership to provide status updates and insights learned during deployment
- Focus on automating as many services needs for customers and work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase solution adoption
- Meet or exceed targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams
- Ability to travel for internal business presentations and customer meetings (5%-10%)
- This role requires in person attendance in the office 3 days per week.

Our Growth Department focuses on the first stages of the customer journey and is the starting point of your career at Amazon Business. We welcome new customers and help them configure optimally their account according to their needs. We reach out to customers with low engagement, understand their needs and help them to understand Amazon Business proposition.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Munich, BY, DEU
- 2+ years preferred sales experience
- Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles
- Experience with customer facing communication including participating in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), and other systems
- Demonstrated success identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of Fortune 500 strategic customer accounts
