Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
- Maintain clear and accurate operations document and procedures for reference purposes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders
Your ideal profile:
- Education as industrial clerk or higher
- 1-2-year previous working experience
- Ability to comprehend problems and find solutions to smoothen processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Accuracy and diligence
- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- Fluency in German; English at level B2
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
