Your tasks:

• Driving and consolidating all global sustainability initiatives at Carcoustics from a group perspective and updating the Carcoustics Sustainability Strategy
• Monitoring of the global Carcoustics sustainability developments including communication with all stakeholders of the different sustainability initiatives in the corporate functions as well as in the local plants
• Creation of annual sustainability reports in compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) of the European Union starting from 2026
• Lead optimization projects in the area of sustainability
• Preparation of CO2 footprint calculations to comply with requirements of Automotive customers

Your profile:

• Excellent graduation in Sustainability Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar
• Ideally several years of professional experience in sustainability management or at least a focus on sustainability during studies
• Strong focus on sustainability, economic and market oriented topics
• Distinct social and intercultural competencies to interact with management and employees on an international level
• Above-average commitment and willingness to travel internationally occasionally
• Strong communication skills and self-confident appearance as well as assertiveness
• German and English language and preferably other foreign languages
