Your responsibilities at C&A
- Be responsible as (sub-)process owner for logistics process & system design, testing, realisation, implementation incl. training and concept documentation
- Identify improvement potential and drive respective projects to optimize process output (throughput), lead time and overall process efficiency
- Consult selected logistics areas and partners in process optimization, lean logistics and continuous improvement projects
- Translate system processes into physical operations and requirements
- Initiate and enable exchange of best practices in processes and drive standardization across the European logistics network while thinking beyond the borders of the department
- You will cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, data and process managers and senior staff members to ensure the delivery of change process or system implementation in time, cost and quality
What We Expect of You
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of business operations, process management or consulting
- A good understanding of major parts of the Retail Supply Chain, ideally Fashion/Apparel Supply Chain
- Communication and leadership skill allowing effective working relationships with a variety of operational project stakeholders
- Support system implementation including preparing the organisation and supporting change management
- Consultancy to the C&A Organisation
- Deliver Projects/Change Requests in time, quality, and cost – (includes change definition &testing)
- Ensure efficient collaboration with operational project stakeholders in Business and IT

What we expect of you
- University degree in Supply Chain Management and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience ideally in the area of SAP TMS
- A good understanding of the Retail Supply Chain – ideally Fashion/Apparel
- Good communication skills allowing effective working relationships also cross-functional with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives
- Ability to understand complex processes or process chains as well as complex data relationships.
- Good presentations skills with the ability to describe complex processes in a simplified and abstract way
- Fluent in English, ideally in German
