(Senior) Agile Coach - Agile Transformation in Mülheim an der Ruhr bei ALDI SÜD

Your Job

• Providing support for the design of the transformation process in various areas of the organisation
• Developing our agile framework and adapting it to the needs of the organisation
• Designing agile training sessions or workshops and actively implementing these
• Establishing Communities of Practice in an international context
• Closely collaborating and continuously exchanging information with other agile pioneers
• Taking on the role of an ambassador for agility in order to create a thorough understanding of it within the company and to ensure that an agile culture is lived

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• High level of empathy for an organisation and people undergoing a change process
• Team spirit with a high level of independence and initiative – a hands-on approach is very important to us
• The ability to communicate with the target group in an appropriate manner and be assertive – bonus points for charm and humour
• Holistic way of thinking in terms of agility that involves both the team and the entire company, e.g. agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, product organisation, scaling, flight levels, OKR, IT service management
• A toolbox of methods filled with various agile tools e.g. experience with various agile (scaling) frameworks, visualisation tools, workshop design
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
