As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Senior Visual Designer (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site at our Leipzig headquarters or remotely within Germany.

What Will Your Role Be

You are able to bring design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals? You feel comfortable making decisions, managing junior designers, have an eye for detail as well as be able to see what's happening at all levels of production from start to finish? Then you could be just the right support for our creative team as a Senior Visual Designer (f/m/d).

What You´ll Do

• You design, develop, and effectively apply strong visual aesthetic skills to create original artwork for print, web, and social media
• You collaborate with marketing to develop designs in line with brand standards
• You maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and fashion trends.
• You provide creative input on project development, and implementation
• You work closely with senior designer to develop designs and concepts for campaigns, newsletters, and social media.

What You´ll Bring

• You have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or graphic design-related field
• You have 3+ years experience in graphic design
• You have knowledge of graphic design principles and applications
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating the capability of producing high-quality design work
• You have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• You have the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion experience is a plus
