The Role:

The Senior Content Writer will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating our brand's message across various physical and online channels. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and creative writing skills to effectively convey our expertise in ecommerce analytics to a diverse audience

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Craft compelling, informative, and technically sound content across various formats, including blogs, brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
Messaging Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that accurately represents our services and value proposition.
Technical Writing: Produce high-quality technical content that explains complex analytics concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure a consistent tone and style across all content, aligning with our brand's voice and messaging guidelines.
Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and user engagement, incorporating SEO best practices.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in ecommerce analytics, and emerging platforms to produce relevant and timely content.

Qualification:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on technical or analytics-related subjects.
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and advanced analytics.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
Proven ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, reader-friendly content.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
