Category Management Coordinator in Hamburg bei Montblanc

We are looking for a strong team player to support the Writing Instruments and Accessories Category team, leading key admin tasks for the Category Director but also handling projects effectively within the Category teams!

How you will leave your mark:

Project Management within Category teams:

• Team support in coordinating product shootings and creating product related content that is used to animate product catalogues and product pages on our Montblanc.com
• Supporting the product development of projects from concept to launch in collaboration with various departments: Marketing, Design Studio, Technical Engineering, Artisan Atelier, and Purchasing as well as external communication with agencies and markets
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and information for the market launch of new products as well as preparation of market analysis for the development of new products
• Creation and maintenance of product master data on SAP and support team in SAP migration
• Budget controlling and processing of invoices via SAP and MS Excel

Office / Team Administration:

• Management of office supplies, product samples and shipping logistics
• Organization of meetings with external partners (room, F&B booking)
• Admin support of Category Director: Travel booking, expenses, as well as communication and meeting scheduling with external partners

How you will experience success with us:

• Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
• Proficiency in excel and power point
• Collaborative, self-starter, open-minded and solution oriented attitude
• Highly organized and accurate
