If you want to experience how things are done in the Romance-speaking countries, Northern & Eastern Europe team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent, part-time basis (approx. 25 HPW, preferably afternoons) commencing as soon as possible as an Assistant for Head of Department Romance-speaking Countries, Northern & Eastern Europe.
You ensure the smooth running of various processes and an effective flow of information and ease the workload on divisional management by taking on administrative, organisational and strategic tasks.
- Proactive organisation and coordination of scheduling for divisional management as well as preparing and following up on national and international meetings and events
- Independent handling of correspondence and creation of CI-compliant presentation documents in French, German and English
- Preparing and following up on business trips, including the visa application process and occasional research activities
- Dealing with traditional secretarial duties such as material procurement and mail processing
- Several years of professional experience in a team assistant role with an internationally operating (insurance) company
- Completed training for working in a secretary's office or comparable qualification
- Native speaker command of French, independent user skills in English and German (at least level B2)
- Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint and Teams), SharePoint as well as platforms for procurement and business travel management
- IT-minded
- Proactive and service-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- Assured handling of peak workloads
- Willing to organise working hours flexibly by arrangement
