At Mavue, we are building the infrastructure and toolkits to support this development, focusing on the backbone of our economy. We are building a sustainability-tech platform that makes sustainability management easy and available for SMEs. An all-in-one sustainability software enables SMEs to analyze, improve and present their journey through simple reporting and sustainability process automation - like an automated sustainability assistant.

In the long term, we see corporate sustainability as the central theme that will continue to evolve and soon go beyond reporting and carbon accounting.

Tasks

• You will develop wireframes, prototypes, mapping user journeys and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and frameworks
• You will design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for ESG data collection, analysis, and report generation
• You will collaborate with the product and development team to ensure the design meets functional and technical requirements
• You will own and further develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency in your designs
• You will conduct/support user research including user tests to understand user needs and pain points
• You will simplify our customer journey in their complex sustainability transition

Requirements

• You have a passion for sustainability and a desire to use design to make a positive impact
• You have first design experience focused on ESG or B2B SaaS products
• You are fluent in BOTH German and English
• You are very comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
• You have a very good working knowledge of a design solution like Figma
• You take ownership and feel responsible for the product as a whole
• You are only satisfied if the user is satisfied
• You feel comfortable working with an agile mindset in a dynamic environment
• You love to share your thoughts and grow with others
