Your tasks

Independent support of our customers in the field service
Intensive maintenance of customer relationships and expansion of customer networks
Proactive acquisition of new business and new customers
Clarification of the technical customer requirements and advice to the customers as well as checking the feasibility with the internal departments
Control and monitoring of complete business transactions from inquiry to delivery
Price and offer negotiations within defined conditions
Carrying out market observations and competition analyses
Representation of the company and our products at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
Traveling in Germany and abroad

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of physics, engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Professional experience in sales
Knowledge of fiber optics desirable
Goal-oriented action, analytical thinking, high level of communication skills, flexibility and resilience
Very good negotiating skills and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
Solid IT and MS Office skills, ideally initial user knowledge of SAP
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is desirable
Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad
