Our "Large Solution Digital Business & Mobility Services" fulfills an impactful role within Cariad in delivering the digitalization of Group Sales & After Sales and provides numerous services and platform components for CARIAD's customers. Our Vision is to offer value-adding services that improve the quality and efficiency of our agile organization in a collaborative way, manage our strategic partner portfolio & strategically manage our internal resources.

As an Intern / working student, you will be part of our Shared Service Team “Strategical Resource Management & Partner Collaboration” and shape the strategic development of our organization. You will support creating requirements for systems and data and provide them as a basis for decision-making for our leadership & competence field manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze our existing partner landscape and derive recommendations for our teams.
• Optimize our processes according to our agile delivery models.
• Develop and use data analytics for enhanced transparenc.y
• Support in the organization of cross-team meetings, committees, workshops and taskforces with relevant project partners.
• Create relevant documentation in decision templates for top management.
• Support our teams in fulfilling an efficient demand requirement based on agile process models.
• Transfer demands of our products in a consolidated and long-term-oriented partner landscape.

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the area of Informatics, Business Information Systems, Business or equivalent field.
• Experience in agile process implementation & project steering
• First hand experience in data analysis with MS PowerBI and Jira, Confluence would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English. German would be very beneficial.

• Remote work options
• Duration: 3 to 6+ months (for interns), 35 hour working week
• Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend it up to a year. (for working students), 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break (for working students)
