• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in secretarial, assistance, administration desirable
• Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English desirable
• Careful, independent and clean way of working
• A sense of responsibility and a friendly, helpful demeanor/interaction with customers and colleagues
• General PC skills incl. SAP and Microsoft Office

• General secretarial tasks
• Purchasing - independent processing of incoming purchase requisitions, preparation of supplier inquiries and orders including independent price negotiations and deadline monitoring, commissioning/coordination of external companies
• Processing supplier self-disclosures, managing non-disclosure agreements
• Independent review and management of contract documents (insurance)
• Assistant to the management, project tasks
• Hotel bookings, meeting rooms, administration/ lunch handling, office supplies
• Substitute bookkeeping - preparatory work for the tax consultant
