Your Role

Responsible for leading and continuously further developing our global production network with ten sites and ~ 800 employees
Ensuring smooth and efficient production outcome, with a focus on quality, delivery reliability, competitive lead times, production cost optimization and productivity enhancements
Manage about 50% growth in the next 3-5 years with a strong focus on business model transformation
Continuous improvement of existing assembly processes, e.g. identification of weaknesses, development of strategies for process improvements, implementation of lean methods and Six Sigma
Leading and coaching assembly teams in various countries and cultures, ensuring professional and personal development
Identifying best practices and innovations in the field of assembly, implementing them in assembly processes and increase efficiency and quality
Close collaboration with other areas like supply chain, quality and purchasing to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes into the overall strategy of the company

Your Profile

Completed degree in industrial engineering or engineering sciences or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in managing production networks with a strong assembly focus in an international environment
Several years of experience in a senior leadership role
Sound financial knowledge, for example in cost center planning and investment management
Experience in project, change & improvement management
Expertise in measuring and assembly technologies as well as logistics automation and Six Sigma knowledge are beneficial
High levels of intercultural competence, excellent communication and leadership skills, holistic and cross-departmental thinking, as well as resilience, even in critical situations
