Job Description
As a working student (m/f/d) in Human Resources, you will be part of a team that sees itself as a modern key support function for our business and corporate functions at our headquarters in Nuremberg. You will get to know the workflows of the operative HR day-to-day business as well as concepts, processes and tools of strategic HR work. This takes place both within the framework of projects and within the framework of "day-to-day" tasks, for example:
- Coordinating and handling of the entire reference process, including the creation of reference letters
- Supporting of HR business partners as well as HR Services
- Interacting with employees and managers on people topics
- General administrative tasks

Commitment and open-mindedness characterize you. You enjoy working on projects and are able to understand complicated project procedures and process structures. The joy of teamwork and dealing with people round off your profile. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you will quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. In addition, you have the following prerequisites:
- Study of economics, sociology, pedagogy, psychology or a comparable course of studies
- First professional experience in Human Resources is desirable
- Very good organizational skills as well as an independent, careful and goal-oriented way of working
- Creativity, commitment and very good communication skills
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English
