We are looking for support as
Operations Manager Payment and Subscription (m/f/d)
(unlimited) in fulltime at our location in Münster, Potsdam, Verl or Berlin/ Mobile Office (up to 80%)

Your responsibilities include:

• You will be part of a cross-functional team of experts and will be responsible for the daily operations of the Riverty Payment and Subscription Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems

• You monitor processes and systems to ensure operational safety and optimise internal processes in terms of quality, productivity, automation and scaling

• You carry out data-supported analyses and evaluations (audits), as well as the commissioning of new features and services of the SaaS systems

• You take over the management of customer-driven projects, are a sparring partner for our internal and external stakeholders from the international e-commerce and mobility sector and are in close contact with our web developers and our product management

Your most important skills for us are:

• You have a degree in business informatics, economics or comparable training with several years of professional experience

• You have an interest in technical payment integrations (e-commerce) and ideally an understanding at API level

• You have excellent analytical skills, a high key figure orientation and a solution-oriented way of working

• You have a strong customer orientation and are a strong communicator

• You have good MS Office skills and ideally first contact with Jira and Confluence

• You are business fluent in German and English
