About us

Ariceum Therapeutics GmbH is a rapidly growing clinical stage oncology company focused on

developing next generation radiopharmaceutical oncology products. Our lead targeted systemic

radiopharmaceutical product, satoreotide tetraxetan (SSO110) is under development as a ‘theranostic’

pair for the combined diagnosis and targeted radionuclide treatment of neuroendocrine cancers,

certain aggressive tumours, which currently have few treatment options and a poor prognosis. Our

second more advanced therapeutic product, ATT001 is a novel 123Iodine radiolabeled PARP inhibitor

(rPARPi) which will soon enter a Phase 1 clinical study in recurrent glioblastoma patients, an indication

of high unmet medical need. Further, we will explore new targets through our partnership with UCB

Pharma to develop first-in-class radiopharmaceuticals to continue expanding our pipeline beyond the

two lead assets. The company is headquartered in Berlin with further operations in Germany,

Switzerland and Australia, and USA.

We have an immediate opening for a CMC Manager located in North America to support the

implementation and supply of our clinical trials in North America.

Main Responsibilities and tasks

• Support Radiopharmaceutical Development projects and management of drug product

manufacturing activities, for diagnostic and therapeutic projects

• Set up of local radiopharmacies/CMOs manufacturing for early access and clinical trial

programs

• Ensure a high quality of supplier deliverables for clinical studies and supply on time

• Write the regulatory documents and compile the submission of relevant CMC documents for

clinical studies

Who you are

• Strong awareness of GMP-standards,

• At least 5 years of experience in development and production of (radio)pharmaceuticals,

• Experience in handling radioactive substances,

• Experience in analytical chemistry (e.g. HPLC, UPLC, TLC) and in injectable formulations plus

the drive to develop new methodologies in the field,

• Strong networking skills to represent the company in the area of radiolabelled injectables to

identify potential partners,

• Leadership / Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and recommendations

especially in regard to working in multidisciplinary teams,

• Being a team player and displaying a positive cooperative attitude when working within teams

as well as the ability to work independently.
