How You’ll Make An Impact

We're looking for a Junior PR Manager to help us build our brand and increase our visibility on a global scale. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you! We are looking for someone to:

Plan, implement, and orchestrate integrated PR campaigns globally and locally
Draft press releases and manage media enquiries, award submission, speaker placements in key markets
Prepare and accompany press events, including briefing of Plan A speakers
Establish and maintain strong and close relationships with relevant media
Build market intelligence and place Plan A stories with external key stakeholders
Manage partners and suppliers to support project and day-to-day business
Lead PR evaluation and back office management for Brand & PR department
Support on overall corporate communications strategy and brand development
Requirements
Bachelor degree with focus on media sciences, journalism, PR, or similar
1-2 years of experience in PR (company or agency) or journalism, ideally in the tech industry
Solid understanding of media landscapes, PR tactics, and journalistic work
Ability to build and nurture relationships with media professionals, influencers, and stakeholders
Independent, structured approach to work with reliable time, project, and stakeholder management
Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong in teamwork as well as high sense of responsibility and commitment
Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
What makes you stand out (optional)
Proven storytelling and content creation skills
Proficiency in using PR tools (CRM, media monitoring, analytics)
Good French skills is a plus
