Global PreFab R&D Manager in Deutschland bei ARDEX

• Gather, prioritize and coordinate global R&D and technical requests in the area of PreFab (products and services).
• Coordinate execution of R&D and technical projects with local and global R&D laboratories and global technical service departments.
• Monitor global technology trends in PreFab and develope approaches and solutions.
• Host a R&D and technical orientated network within the industrie.

Profile and Experience

• University degree (preferably doctorate) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mineralogy or other relevant field.
• Preferably significant working experience and teamlead position in R&D/technical within Building Chemistry Industry, preferably with an industrial/PreFab focus.
• Willing to travel internationally.
• Strong intercultural skills, preferably proven through semesters or working experience abroad.
• Englisch: Business fluent, German: Business fluent.
