Working Student/Intern Administration in München bei B+G Ingenieure Bollinger und Grohmann GmbH

For the reinforcement of our administration in our Munich branch, we are looking for a qualified working student as soon as possible (12-16 hrs/week).

Your tasks

• Support of the project managers
• Control and evaluation of project entries in the internal project system
• Support of hourly entries, invoicing and liquidity planning
• Support in the area of CRM
• Travel bookings and travel expense reports
• Administration of the telephone switchboard, dispatch and reception, procurement of office supplies

Your profile

• Enrolled student, ideally in a business administration field of study
• Work experience in the commercial area is a plus
• Independent and structured way of working
• Flexibility, reliability and excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Confident handling of modern office technology and software (especially MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
