What you will be doing: - Executing financial analyses and conducting finance-related transactions. - Assisting with the creation of financing packages and underwriting models for existing transactions. - Conducting market research as well as compiling comparison reports about rent, sales, and construction, using CoStar, Yardi, RCA, etc. for existing transactions. - Assisting with deal placement efforts and identifying financing availability for deals in the market. - Collaborating with Senior Brokers on prospect and capital outreach. - Reaching out to clients via email about round lease advisory and ground lease fund disciplines - communicating with clients, assisting clients with their needs, and providing them with relevant information. - Creating standard reports, and Excel sheets. Requirements: - Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate. - Excellent English skills - Analytical skills - - Excellent attention to detail - Adaptability & intelligence - You are resilient, smart, outgoing, optimistic, and committed to success - the company is proud of the environment and the culture they were able to create, and would like a junior specialist to share these expectations.
