Manager, Key Account – DACH, NL, PL in Düsseldorf bei Sol de Janeiro

As Manager, Key Account – DACH, NL, PL you will be responsible for driving retailer performance, growing market share across channels & developing enriched retailer relationships at senior levels. You will be responsible for creating and delivering 3 year business plans, leading & executing our brand strategy with retail partners & managing sales targets within agreed budgets. You will be negotiating across all levers to optimise brand performance and rankings on key metrics. You will be a leader within the team and will be adept at coaching and managing direct report.

This role will report to the Director, Regional Brand – DACH, NL, PL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy:

• Builds 3 year Brand commercial and budget plans & develops GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives

Account Management:

• Leads plan to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers & SISO reporting
• Creates & agrees triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitors performance and course corrects where necessary
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
• Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints
• Builds strong partnership with International Team counterparts [EMEA,UK] to exchange ideas, best practice and collaborate on common projects
• Develops & negotiates 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of the mix (B&M, Online visibility, Social visibility, RMS)
• Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting:

• Track key sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, MOB, and productivity
• Analyse Sales performance to define growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.

Management:

• Strong leadership to motivate and develop direct team and wider business unit

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 7+ years relevant experience in commercial roles
• Proven experience of leading brand strategy and execution with key Retailers of the DACH,NL,PL region
• A natural storyteller with enhanced persuasive selling skills & an adept negotiator with proven examples of success
• Strong analytical acumen and business development skills
• Experience across channels with established network of contacts in DACH,NL key Retailers
• Strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous.
• Experience of utilizing commercial levers of luxury beauty to drive business performance
• Strong analytical skills and experience using consumer, brand and marketing data metrics to inform strategy
• Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate recommendations concisely & persuasively
• Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule
