• Evaluating the organization's current state and transformational needs and identify areas for improvement
• Developing strategic transformation plans aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitating change by managing communication, addressing resistance, and guiding the process
• Optimize operations by reengineering structures and processes and integrating new technologies
• Fostering a supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation
• Developing training programs to equip employees with necessary skills
• Establishing Performance Measurement metrics to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Provide guidance and insights to leadership in an Advisory role
• Collaborate closely with teams and departments to ensure alignment and understanding
• Constantly refine & improve strategies for ongoing success

Your powerfull skills

• Excellent completed university degree (any discipline). An MBA or any equivalent certification is a strong asset
• Significant work experience in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organizations, preferably in a consulting environment or as part of a large organization
• Excellent program- and project management (waterfall & agile) expertise as well as presentation skills
• Expertise in designing & facilitating workshops and training sessions with a range of senior business stakeholders
• Strong team player encouraging a collaborative working environment and appreciative feedback mentality
• Experienced in coaching teams and leaders to new ways of working, e.g., agile, and leaders in developing their leadership mindset
• Passion for analytical, complex problem-solving and systems thinking as well as creative and strategic thinking skills
• Outstanding people & leadership skills and the ability to engage, influence and convince all levels of the organization and build mutually trustful customer relationships
• Willingness to travel for certain client meetings and workshops
• Fluent in English
