We are looking for a Concept Designer BOSS Menswear Orange (m/f/d) to strengthen our BOSS Menswear team. Are you motivated by what drives fashion and do you love to identify and research trends? What you can expect:

• Pro-active implementation of strategic vision of the brand, wearing occasion.
• Intensive and continuous research of trends and innovations in the market.
• Development of cross-product concepts for the collections (storytelling, colors, fabrics, silhouettes) considering the brand DNA.
• Intensive collaboration with the Vice President of Design and cross-functional interfaces: Design Team, Brand Management, Global marketing, Visual Merchandising on a daily base.
• Preparing and aligning with all interfaces concerning seasonal look book shootings, set-up of the showroom and creating all documents needed for the internal / external collection presentations.
• Creation and communication of the seasonal mood and color cards, prints, graphics and all other documents via Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.

Your profile:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience within design, concept design.
• You are passionate by fashion and what drives fashion.
• You are playing a key role in pushing the brand forward.
• Love researching about what happens in society and what is new.
• Good sense for what drives trends.
• Love to collaborate with internal and external creatives.
• Keen sense on materials, colours and innovation as well as a creative vision.
• High degree of creativity, conceptual thinking and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills & team player.
• Pro-active working and creating work structures and following up on topics.
• Fluent in English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent Mac knowledge (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
