PROJECT COORDINATOR in Berlin bei AVANGRID

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the documentation and reporting process for the Onshore Team. Shall ensure that all necessary documents and reports related to the development, design, construction, and operation of the renewable energy projects are created, reviewed, approved, and stored appropriately. Shall work closely with the project team to identify document requirements, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Also will be responsible for managing document version control, tracking revisions, and ensuring that final reports are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project documentation and reporting plans and procedures for renewable energy projects

• Identify document and reporting requirements and create necessary documentation and reports related to the development, design, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects

• Manage the document and reporting review and approval process for renewable energy projects

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements related to renewable energy projects

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documentation and reports related to renewable energy projects

• Manage document version control and track revisions for renewable energy projects

• Ensure final reports related to renewable energy projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Collaborate with the project team to identify risks and develop contingency plans related to renewable energy projects

• Provide training to project team members on document and reporting management processes and tools related to renewable energy projects

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, related to renewable energy projects

• Continuously improve the project documentation and reporting management process for renewable energy projects through feedback and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as environmental science, engineering, project management, or business administration)

• 3+ years of experience in document and reporting management for renewable energy projects or a related field

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewable energy projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with document and reporting management software and tools related to renewable energy projects

• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across departments related to renewable energy projects

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines related to renewable energy projects
