What makes you special

As a working student (m/f/d) in Customer Success, you will experience a start-up atmosphere at first hand and participate in all topics that are important for building a scalable company. Whether it's agile project management, the development of exciting use cases, dealing with rapid growth or mastering seemingly insoluble challenges through team spirit - you'll get to know and help shape all of this!

These are your tasks

• You contribute to a successful customer journey and build a strong relationship with our customers in collaboration with the team
• You anticipate customer needs, offer solutions and delight wealthpilot customers
• You support the implementation of growth-enhancing measures as well as monitor and develop individual customers
• You work in close and constant cooperation at eye level - in your own team as well as across teams

What you have to offer

• You have first successful experience/internships in the consulting environment, project management, sales, account management or customer success management
• You ideally have industry experience from the SaaS area or FinTech/start-up
• You are customer and solution oriented, show empathy and language skills
• You are enthusiastic about agile collaboration with colleagues from different departments
• You are fluent in German and English
