(Junior) Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a motivated (Junior) Compliance Manager (f/m/d) to join our dedicated international team of nine. In this role, you will support our group companies on various compliance issues, collaborate on diverse project topics, and report directly to the Head of Group Compliance & Responsible Business Program. This position is initially limited for two years.

Support & Innovate: You support the enhancement and implementation of our comprehensive compliance management system, contributing your fresh ideas and insights.

Assist & Advise: You provide compliance advice on various topics, helping your colleagues to navigate complex issues while learning along the way.

Evaluate & Contribute: You assess and monitor compliance risks, supporting the development of practical solutions.

Draft & Update Policies: You help create, update, and revise compliance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure they reflect the latest regulations.

Third-Party: You collaborate on overseeing our third-party compliance processes, including sanction screenings, to help maintain integrity in our operations.

Engage & Cooperate: You work closely with various teams, including the Legal Department, Sustainable Business Unit, and Communications, fostering a collaborative environment.
This is what you can offer

Education: University degree in business administration, business law, supply chain management, or similar.

Background: You have gained some initial experience or internships in compliance, ESG, due diligence, or sustainability topics, ideally within an international or cross-functional environment.

Personality: You have a proactive and curious approach to learn new things, with an analytical mindset and a solution-oriented attitude. You are empathetic, have a service mentality, and are open to work in a multicultural environment.

Internationality: You enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural setting and have basic intercultural skills. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or German is an advantage but not required.

MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package, especially Excel.
